Our company was founded in 2015 by two pastry enthusiasts. At the time, we offered cakes for all types of events, but without taking into account the special diets of our customers.
After seeing the increase in demand for vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free pastries, we decided to turn to organic and environmentally friendly ingredients. This is how we launched our range of organic, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, butter-free and low glycemic index pastries in 2018.

How do we replace the ingredients of the usual pastries?
We have developed unique recipes by replacing traditional ingredients with healthier alternatives. Here's how we do it:
- Organic Products: we only use organic ingredients, for products that are free of pesticides and other harmful chemicals.
- Vegan: we replace eggs with plant-based alternatives like silken tofu or applesauce, and butter with plant-based oils like coconut oil or olive oil .
- Gluten-free: we use alternative flours such as rice, buckwheat or chickpea flour, for gluten-free products.
- Lactose-free: we use vegetable milk such as almond or soy milk, for lactose-free products.
- Butter-free: we replace butter with vegetable oils such as coconut oil or olive oil, for low-fat products.
- Low glycemic index: we use alternatives to traditional sugar, such as agave syrup, coconut sugar, for low glycemic index products.
